The Culinary Team Member is expected to meet service time goals, ensure impeccable plate presentation, and comply with Health Department food safety and cleanliness regulations to guarantee that food is served at the highest quality and in line with safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently prepare and serve food and products to meet our quality standards.
- Assist in various kitchen roles to maintain guest service excellence and operational efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of all kitchen equipment.
- Stay informed about and adhere to restaurant policies.
- Safely operate all kitchen tools and equipment.

Food Safety and Cleanliness Standards:
- Demonstrate safe food handling practices and uphold cleanliness standards.

Qualifications:
- Experience in diverse kitchen roles, including food preparation, line cook, fry cook, or expediter.
- Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Maintain exceptional hygiene and grooming standards.

- Physical requirements include standing, bending, stretching, lifting, and carrying heavy items.
- Availability to work during days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
