Airport services representatives are primarily tasked with delivering outstanding customer service while executing a variety of functions including, but not limited to, ticketing and re-booking passengers, boarding flights, assisting travelers with special requirements, addressing customer inquiries, and more.

Load and unload passenger luggage, airfreight, and company correspondence from aircraft.
Welcome passengers, issue tickets, allocate seating, check baggage, board flights, assist customers who arrive without luggage, and re-book passengers in a timely and friendly manner.
Safely and courteously escort passengers and those with special needs.
Guide aircraft in and out of the ramp area.
Service aircraft as required.
Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Hold a valid, unrestricted state-issued driver's license.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Pass a background check and drug screening.
Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Basic understanding of essential computer applications for record-keeping and baggage routing.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
Adaptability to shifting priorities and effective time management skills.
Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
Flexible schedule permitting work during mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
This is a part-time role, starting at $12.00 per hour.
