Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide medical care and support to individuals with disabilities, including administering medications, monitoring health conditions, and providing personal care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each individual.
  • Provide education and training to caregivers and family members on medical care and support.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Valid LPN license for the state of Maryland.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with disabilities in a care-giving setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
