About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Sierra Vista Behavioral Health Center. As a dedicated care professional, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, promoting a culture of safety and well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive assessments of residents to determine their medical needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Initiate and deliver preventative and rehabilitative nursing care, as prescribed by physicians, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical notes regarding resident care, upholding confidentiality and adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Promote a culture of respect, compassion, and empathy, fostering a positive living environment for all residents.

Requirements:

  • RN licensure in the state with current practicing privileges.
  • Demonstrated expertise in applicable nursing principles and practices, adhering to quality care standards for residents.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

We offer competitive wages, comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, and opportunities for growth and continuing education. Our salary range is $65,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
