Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized care to patients during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods
  • Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to emergencies as needed
  • Administer medications and perform procedures as ordered by physicians
  • Document patient information and progress in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • National Certification in Labor and Delivery or a related specialty
