Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Development: Formulates and executes plans to meet customer needs through a diverse selection of products and services.
  • Operational Coordination: Utilizes discretion to maintain a seamless business operation.
  • Effective Communication: Engages clearly and professionally with colleagues and clients, serving as a vital link between customers and internal departments to ensure smooth business processes.
  • Office Equipment Proficiency: Operates standard office machinery including computers, copiers, and fax machines.
  • Physical Requirements: Capable of sitting and standing for extended periods, with normal hearing and vision. A significant portion of work hours will be spent outside of a traditional office setting, engaging with clients and prospects for residential mortgage solutions.

Specific Duties:

  • Compiles and verifies application details for mortgage loans.
  • Advises clients on available home loan options.
  • Reviews loan application files to ensure completeness and compliance with established standards, including borrower assets, liabilities, and employment history.
  • Reports any discrepancies in title or survey to management.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
  • Maintains a current and valid NMLS license in good standing.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of applicable state licensing is required.
  • Preferred experience ranges from two to five years.
  • Must meet one of the following criteria:
    1. Currently funding more than two loans per month, or
    2. Completion of Xinnix Training for Loan Origination, or
    3. Assignment of an origination mentor who funds more than two loans per month (as per the PRMG Loan Officer Mentor Agreement).

Essential Skills:

  • Ability to make informed decisions regarding service, credit, funding, and post-closing matters.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to exercise independent judgment while demonstrating initiative.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to confidentiality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively.

  • Travel may be necessary.

Compensation:

Minimum: USD $0.00/Yr.
Maximum: USD $250,000.00/Yr.
