We are pleased to announce a sign-on bonus of $750 for part-time caregivers and $2000 for full-time caregivers.
Note: This bonus is applicable to new team members only and will be disbursed within the first year of employment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with residents in a professional and respectful manner.
- Assist with personal and medical care routines based on individual care plans.
- Facilitate physical, cognitive, and social enrichment activities.
- Monitor residents and report any changes in their condition to nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate medical and health documentation.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and living spaces.
- Foster a positive and joyful environment daily.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and organize tasks.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English.
- Experience as a Med Passer or Lead Caregiver is preferred.
- CNA certification is advantageous.
