Care Partner for Senior Living

At Experience Senior Living, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team. As a Care Partner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and quality of life for our residents.
Responsibilities:- Assist with Daily Living Activities: Assist residents with their personal care and activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
- Housekeeping and Laundry: Perform daily housekeeping tasks and laundry duties as assigned, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents.
- Communication and Reporting: Review and participate in 24-hour reports, shift change reports, and verbal reports as needed, ensuring that our residents' needs are met and documented.
- Transportation and Support: Assist residents to and from scheduled life enrichment programs, promoting their independence and engagement.
- Personal Choices and Independence: Promote residents' personal choices, independence, and spiritual needs, ensuring that their rights and dignity are respected.
- Education and Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent, with Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aid certification preferred but not required.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present information and work collaboratively with others.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to varying situations and priorities, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
