About the RoleThis position requires a capable clinician with previous specialty experience preferred, focused on expanding knowledge and skills. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will consistently provide effective direct care to a variety of complex patients. You will seek and provide feedback for improved clinical practice, assume a beginning clinical bedside leadership role, and participate in PNGC councils and Nursing Quality Teams as appropriate.
Responsibilities- Provide direct and safe patient care based on the nursing process
- Coordinate care for assigned patients on a shift to promote the achievement of clinical outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve NDNQI nursing sensitive indicators, RN Satisfaction, Employee Engagement, Culture of Safety, and Patient Experience data
- Recruit and retain an excellent nursing care team
- Licensure or other certifications: Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia
- Educational Requirements: Associate's Degree, ADN, or Diploma required
- Minimum Experience: At least 1 year of RN experience - Demonstrated competence in RN I performance expectations or meets experience requirements upon hire
- Preferred Licensure or other certifications: BSN

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. Additionally, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development, including tuition reimbursement and continuing education programs.
