About the Role

As a highly skilled Staff Attorney, you will join our Private Credit Department as part of an AmLaw 100 firm. We're deeply committed to delivering exceptional legal services to our clients. What You'll Do

This role involves working on various financing transactions, including cash flow deals, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and asset-based financings. You will have the opportunity to gain experience in restructuring and workouts. Your excellent academic credentials, strong communication and analytical skills, and client-team focused work ethic will be essential for success in this position.

Key Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with at least 3-6 years of experience in private credit/finance matters at a nationally recognized law firm or other relevant legal experience. Demonstrated lending experience is a plus, particularly on the borrower's side. General experience with financing transactions, including those mentioned above, is required. Additional experience with restructurings and workouts is a significant advantage.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary range for this position is $250,000 - $425,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
