Primary Responsibilities:

  • Execute repairs as outlined in the service order efficiently, adhering to dealership standards.
  • Conduct test drives and utilize diagnostic tools to assess vehicle performance and identify issues.
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair various automotive systems, including but not limited to engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
  • Communicate effectively with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about necessary services.
  • Provide accurate time estimates for additional repairs.
  • Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in automotive repair.
  • A-level certifications in Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
  • Extensive knowledge of contemporary vehicle technologies.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Basic proficiency in computer operations.
  • Positive and friendly demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Effective collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and repair methods.
  • Proficient in using electronic diagnostic equipment.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
