Job Overview

As a Service Writer in our Auto Care Center, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and care for their vehicles. You will be responsible for greeting customers, assessing their vehicle needs, and providing recommendations for repairs and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers
