Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with a passion for helping individuals overcome communication challenges.

Location: Remote opportunities available.

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Create and execute tailored therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at improving speech clarity, fluency, and language comprehension.
  • Work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive support.
  • Track and record client progress, adjusting therapy strategies as needed.
  • Remain informed about the latest research and advancements in speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure and ASHA certification preferred.
  • Experience in clinical, educational, or rehabilitation environments is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
