Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing one-on-one and group therapy sessions to enhance speech articulation, fluency, and language skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders, and develop customized treatment plans to address individual client needs.
  • Therapy Sessions: Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to enhance speech articulation, fluency, and language skills, and monitor and document client progress.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure effective treatment and support, and maintain open and transparent communication with clients and their families.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated with current research and best practices in the field of speech-language pathology, and participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure and Certification: Valid state licensure and ASHA certification preferred.
  • Experience: Experience in a clinical, educational, or rehabilitation setting is beneficial.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
