We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Development Engineer to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining manufacturing test systems, tools, and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Test System Development: Design, develop, and implement manufacturing test systems, tools, and equipment to ensure high-quality products.
- Design Documentation: Create and maintain accurate and detailed design documentation to facilitate technical training and knowledge sharing.
- Verification and Validation: Write and execute verification and validation protocols to ensure compliance with FDA requirements.
- Project Support: Participate in project teams to support new product introductions and contribute to the development of test systems.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance test system efficiency and effectiveness.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: 5-8 years of experience in product/manufacturing test development.
- Skills: Proficiency in C/C++/Visual Basic and laboratory equipment; knowledge of FDA QSR and LEAN manufacturing practices preferred.
The salary for this position is $120,000 to $155,000 per year, depending on skills, experience, and education.
