We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Social Worker Health Care Facility Surveyor to join our team at Greenlife Healthcare Staffing. As a surveyor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of care provided to residents in long-term care facilities.
Responsibilities:- Conduct surveys of long-term care facilities to assess their compliance with CMS regulations
- Review facility policies and procedures to ensure they meet regulatory requirements
- Interview facility staff and residents to gather information and assess their knowledge and skills
- Document findings and make recommendations for improvement
- Master's degree in Social Work
- Successful completion of CMS's Long-Term Care Basic Training and SMQT certification
- At least two years of recent experience working as a surveyor accrediting or certifying facilities that serve the residents of long-term care facilities
- Current licensure to practice as an LCSW
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time on a regular basis
- Competitive salary range of $72,000 - $80,000 per year
- Full-time position with a predictable work schedule
