• Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to clients, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and goals, and providing personalized solutions to meet those needs.
• Product Promotion: Promote our banking products and services to clients, educating them on the benefits and features of each product.
• Teller Operations: Perform various teller operations, including cash handling, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and bank policies, including the Bank Secrecy Act, Privacy, and Funds Availability.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 2-3 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
