Job Title: Relationship Banker

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Banker to join our team at Border Bank in Roseau, MN. As a Relationship Banker, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences, building relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized service to customers, addressing their banking needs and preferences.
  • Assist with new deposit account openings, educating customers on banking products and services.
  • Support the growth efforts of the bank by promoting additional banking products and services.
  • Perform teller functions, including paying and receiving, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
  • Understand and comply with related laws and compliance regulations, including Bank Secrecy Act, Privacy, and Funds Availability.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Prefer 2-3 years of customer service/sales experience.
