Project Lead – Structured Cabling

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a seasoned Project Lead to oversee the strategy, execution, and successful completion of complex telecommunications projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications systems, including Fiber Optic & Structured Cabling, CCTV, OSP & ISP Copper, and DAS.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Guide the strategy, execution, and successful completion of complex telecommunications projects
* Mentor junior project leaders, field superintendents, and trades personnel
* Ensure all projects are completed efficiently and profitably

**Requirements**

* 7-9 years of experience in telecommunications and security systems construction with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Construction Management, or a related field
* 5-7 years of relevant experience with a Master's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
* Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in complex market sectors, particularly in Federal Aviation, Government Airports, Higher Education, and Information Transit Systems
* Proficiency in Critical Path Method (CPM) Scheduling, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Accubid, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office Suite
* RCDD Certification is mandatory
* Demonstrated experience in managing projects with budgets ranging from $500K to over $10M
