Machining Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Machining Specialist to join our team at Jasper Holdings Inc. in Leavenworth, IN. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating milling, boring, and align honing machines to manufacture high-quality engine components.

Responsibilities:

• Operate precision equipment to manufacture engine components
• Read and interpret technical specifications and blueprints
• Use measuring tools and instruments to ensure accurate parts
• Lift, bend, push, pull, and move materials up to 50lbs
• Stand or walk for extended periods (approx. 8-10 hours)
• Occasionally use handheld tools such as gauges, impact wrenches, and drills

Requirements:

• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong hand-eye coordination and dexterity
• Good math skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines
