Position: Senior Claims Supervisor
- Manage and oversee New Jersey First Party claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Provide expert guidance on coverage, liability, and damage analysis to support informed decision-making.
- Lead and direct unit adjusters and support staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Stay up-to-date on litigation processes and laws, applying knowledge to drive business results.
- Coordinate client claims administration and litigation, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
- Conduct regular internal claim reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
- Evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to drive growth and development.
Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Required Experience: 5+ years of New Jersey First Party experience, 7+ years of insurance/TPA experience, 3+ years of managerial experience.
Desired Skills: Insurance Designations or Licenses, Microsoft Office Skills, Written Communication, Organizational Skills.
