Job Overview

Position: Senior First Party Claims Supervisor

  • Oversee and manage First Party claims within the New Jersey jurisdiction.
  • Offer expert advice on coverage matters, liability assessments, and damage evaluations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of adjusters and support personnel.
  • Stay informed about the litigation process and relevant legal frameworks.
  • Administer client claims and oversee litigation processes.
  • Conduct thorough internal reviews and audits of claims.
  • Assess team performance and deliver constructive feedback.
Qualifications

Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory; Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Required Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in New Jersey First Party claims, 7 years in insurance or TPA roles, and at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.

Desired Skills: Relevant Insurance Designations or Licenses, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong written communication, and excellent organizational abilities.
