Job Summary:

The Grove Monitor is responsible for providing personal care services and engaging with residents to ensure their physical and emotional needs are met. This role requires a high level of empathy, communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, to residents in accordance with their care plans.
  • Assist residents with daily activities, such as toileting, feeding, and mobility, as needed.
  • Engage with residents through activities, such as socialization, exercise, and recreation, to promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the Health and Wellbeing Director.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services provided.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Successful completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program preferred.
  • Current certification on the Georgia Nursing Assistant Registry preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
