Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct supervision and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes during overnight hours
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Encourage and support individuals in their daily routines and activities
  • Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and other team members to ensure seamless care and support
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Have a High School Diploma/GED
  • Valid Ohio Driver's license and good driving record (less than 6 points)
  • Satisfactory background check
  • Satisfactory drug test
  • Complete certification requirements of regulatory or licensing agencies as necessary
  • Be eligible for employment in the United States
  • Possess clear and supportive communication skills
