Responsibilities:

The HVAC Lab Test Technician will be responsible for preparing and installing test units in our laboratory, simulating field installation conditions. This includes connecting ducts, electrical and gas connections, and installing data acquisition instruments. You'll also run safety and certification tests, analyze test data, and make modifications and adaptations to the test unit as needed.

Requirements:

  • 2-year degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of experience in HVAC testing and troubleshooting
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
  • Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on analysis
  • Ability to lift equipment and work in a fast-paced environment
