Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Manage Manufacturing Personnel: Directly supervise and manage a team of manufacturing personnel, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively to meet production goals.
  • Facilitate Daily Shift Operations: Facilitate daily shift operations, ensuring that all production equipment is running at maximum performance and that all personnel are working safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure Safety and Conduct: Responsible for ensuring that all personnel safety procedures are followed, and that all conduct and discipline issues are addressed promptly.
  • Monitor and Improve Performance: Monitor production equipment and personnel performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase productivity and quality.
  • Enforce Company Policies and Procedures: Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed, including those related to quality, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Related Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; two to five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous Experience: Previous automotive operations management experience preferred.
  • Leadership Skills: High energy and experience in inspiring and motivating cross-functional teams.
