Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple high-level and complex accounts with varying deadlines simultaneously. This role requires a fearless problem solver, researcher, and troubleshooter with experience in signage, construction, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop project timelines to include needs assessment, design concepting & development, fabrication, and installation
  • Manage communication between all parties (internal and external) on track to meet stated deadlines
  • Accurate budget creation in collaboration with Business Development/Estimating, confirming order accuracy, and timeliness
  • Track and manage changes throughout the project and ensure final billing is accurate
  • Collaborate closely with other staff (business development, design, production, installation) to ensure hand-off between phases is smooth and completed efficiently
  • Be a resource to clients for information on materials, processes, and equipment
  • Work with outside vendors and subcontractors as needed to request quotes and coordinate details
  • Prep signage permit applications and gather information required from City/County/Public Offices as needed
  • Provide consistent communication with clients, and resolve issues effectively as they arise
  • Support and assist with the design process by reviewing proofs for accuracy and ensuring clients' requests are met
  • Review and implement contract paperwork as needed including AIA pay applications, lien waivers, warranties, insurance certificates, change orders, etc.
  • Assist in the sourcing and purchasing of project-related supplies, finished goods, and services from outside vendors
  • Assist in the staging and organization of finished work to ensure all projects are complete and in good condition. Support for internal QAQC
  • Coordinate project installations with the client and internal installation teams and provide support to installers while on-site
  • Ensure client's expectations are met at project completion and facilitate project close-out and billing
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience within the project management/leadership field
  • Fearless problem solver, researcher, and troubleshooter
  • Experience in signage, construction, or related fields is required
  • Willingness to accept a challenge and get the job done
  • Exceptional multi-tasker, able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining good interpersonal skills and patience
  • Leads by example and helps to set the tone with the larger project management team
