GardaWorld Security Services U.S. is a global leader in professional training programs that cover every aspect of delivering world-class security services. We are expanding our team in Goodyear, Arizona and are seeking a seasoned Security Officer Lead to oversee the operation at our site.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled individual with experience in managing teams and providing top-notch customer service. As a Security Officer Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations at our site, ensuring that all procedures are followed, and that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day security operations at the site, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Lead a team of Security Officers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet their performance expectations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including incident reports, patrol logs, and other documentation as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a security leadership position, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • A valid Arizona Guard Card License and the ability to obtain any necessary certifications or training.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
