Tax Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Manager to join our team. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing tax compliance for ultra high net worth individuals, partnerships, and other related entities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic tax planning and consulting services tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.
- Conduct thorough tax research and analysis to ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
- Review and prepare complex federal and state income tax returns.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to identify and implement tax planning strategies that minimize tax liability and increase client wealth.
- Maintain and build strong client relationships through excellent customer service and effective communication.
- Stay abreast of current industry trends, changes in tax laws, and new tax planning strategies.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in tax compliance and advisory services, specifically with ultra high net worth individuals and partnerships.
- In-depth knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations.
- Proven track record of managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to provide practical and innovative tax solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in tax software and technology tools.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
