We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team at a notable wealth management firm. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the tax strategy for high-net-worth individuals and businesses.
Key Responsibilities:- Mentor and lead a team of tax professionals in the local office or region
- Prepare, review, and sign tax returns for high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and businesses
- Perform tax research and create quarterly estimates and projections
- Respond to tax questions, estimates, projections, and analysis with tax and wealth management clients
- Work with tax staff to respond to tax notices and initial preparation of corresponding letters
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 5+ years of tax experience working with HNW and/or UHNW clients
- CPA and/or EA certification required
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Great work-life balance

Compensation for this role is determined by factors including skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $115,000 to $140,000 per year.
