Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional service quality throughout the claim life cycle.
  • Manage work assignments and travel to locations to inspect vehicles.
  • Scope claims using technical expertise and information gathered to determine physical claim value.
  • Establish physical damage claim value of assigned losses.
  • Prepare and document accurate vehicle damage appraisals.
  • Partner with claim professionals to ensure appropriate claim resolution.
  • Negotiate claims with customers and repair facilities.
  • Determine settlement amounts for total loss claims.
  • Initiate payment to customers and repair facilities.
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Two years of auto appraisal experience preferred.
  • State appraiser and claim handling licenses preferred.
