Each day presents unique challenges and opportunities to engage with various aspects of a large-scale production facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular system health assessments, ensuring all IT components are operational and performing optimally.
  • Manage incoming support requests through the ticketing system, addressing both urgent repair needs and routine requests for new equipment.
  • Provide immediate radio communication support, responding promptly to critical issues as they arise.
  • Handle a diverse range of support tickets, with varying levels of complexity and urgency.
  • Collaborate closely with team members during the day shift, fostering communication across different organizational levels, from operational staff to management.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree or a technical diploma is essential.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in IT support, particularly with computers and printers.
  • Familiarity with both Android and Apple operating systems is advantageous.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency with a variety of IT hardware, including mobile devices, scanners, and printers.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Work Environment: This position is based onsite, operating Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
