We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Paramedic Patient Care Technician to join our Emergency Services Department at Dignity Health Chandler Regional Medical Center.

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and service to our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, working closely with patients to evaluate their needs and provide physical or psychosocial support.
  • Contribute to the efficient operation of the Emergency Department, prioritizing patients based on medical necessity and providing emergency triage as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and they feel heard and cared for.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to OSHA requirements and Universal Precautions.
  • Perform or assist with ADLs, procedures, and treatments according to established policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • AZ CEP (Arizona Certified Emergency Paramedic) certification.
  • American Heart Association certifications, including BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Direct patient care experience.
  • NREMT-P (National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians – Paramedic) certification.
  • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program Provider) certification.
