Pharmacist - Patient Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team at Walmart. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, ensuring accurate and timely dispensing of medications, and promoting a culture of safety and quality within our pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive patient care, including counseling and education on medication use and health-related topics.
- Process and accurately dispense prescription orders, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Administer immunizations and other health services as needed, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other team members to ensure seamless patient care and optimal health outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in pharmacy practice, including new medications, treatments, and technologies.
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
- Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
