The Recruiter will be responsible for attracting, identifying, and hiring qualified candidates based on their expertise and skills. This role requires a strong understanding of the business talent needs and the ability to develop strategies to assess both internal and external candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify qualified candidates for open positions by reviewing applications and resumes.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop staffing and recruiting plans.
- Collaborate with Human Resources and temporary staffing agencies to identify staffing needs.
- Ensure that recruiting processes follow company policies and programs.
- Conduct initial phone interviews and make recommendations to hiring managers.
- Schedule and coordinate in-person interviews, background checks, and reference checks.
- Manage the applicant tracking system and maintain a pool of available candidates.
- Assist applicants with completing the online application process.
- Conduct new hire orientations.
- Represent the Brand at job fairs and networking events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
- 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience in a retail organization.
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues.
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlines.
