Job Description

GNC is a global leader in health and wellness innovation, and we're seeking a talented Recruiter to join our team.

The Recruiter will be responsible for attracting, identifying, and hiring qualified candidates based on their expertise and skills. This role requires a strong understanding of the business talent needs and the ability to develop strategies to assess both internal and external candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify qualified candidates for open positions by reviewing applications and resumes.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop staffing and recruiting plans.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and temporary staffing agencies to identify staffing needs.
  • Ensure that recruiting processes follow company policies and programs.
  • Conduct initial phone interviews and make recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Schedule and coordinate in-person interviews, background checks, and reference checks.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system and maintain a pool of available candidates.
  • Assist applicants with completing the online application process.
  • Conduct new hire orientations.
  • Represent the Brand at job fairs and networking events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
  • 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience in a retail organization.
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlines.
