  • Lead day-to-day guidance and direction to subordinates, reallocating resources to respond to emergency or urgent requirements.
  • Act as a technical advisor for assigned functional areas, reviewing shop maintenance plans and work orders for completeness and quality.
  • Establish work standards, enforce commercial/industrial standards, and prioritize work to meet objectives.

We're seeking an individual with a strong background in facility management, leadership, and organizational skills. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to make presentations to employees at all levels.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, or business field, with over 15 years of related experience.
  • More than 7 years of consecutive experience managing diverse workforces.
  • Excellent leadership, management, and organization skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Must be able to write comprehensive documentation and make presentations to employees.
