Job Summary

Quantic X-Microwave is seeking a skilled Electronics Assembly Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling, building, and troubleshooting electronic circuits according to engineering instructions and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform testing and modifications on product using approved procedures.
  • Utilize fine motor skills to work with small parts and fine gauge wire.
  • Ability to manipulate and build assemblies under a microscope.
  • Hand solder small parts and fine gauge wire.
  • Troubleshoot circuits to component level using schematics and circuit knowledge.
  • Mentor, supervise, and assist other technicians.
  • Report product status to management.
  • Ensure product is moved through testing sequences in a timely manner to meet schedule demands.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma.
  • Technical Degree in relevant field preferred.
  • 5 or more years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
