Key Responsibilities
- Transport components, machinery, and materials within the paint and processing zones.
- Efficiently load and unload parts, machinery, and materials according to the production schedule onto designated racks.
- Sort components based on production orders in accordance with client specifications, dimensions, configurations, and quantities to ensure optimal cleaning results.
- Confirm that components are correctly labeled and tagged, ensuring that part quality aligns with production orders.
- Prepare, clean, and mask components and materials for chemical treatment and anodizing processes.
- Utilize hoisting equipment and operate material handling tools, including manual forklifts.
- Conduct visual inspections to ensure thorough drying and cleaning of components.
- Manage tank operations for the chemical treatment of manufactured components.
- Maintain appropriate water levels in various tanks and manually regulate specified tank temperatures, ensuring maximum efficiency in loading containers based on processing specifications.
- Adhere to safety protocols by wearing appropriate protective equipment.
- Comply with safety regulations and general safety practices.
- Take responsibility for the quality of personal work output.
- Execute additional related tasks as required.
Qualifications
Education
A high school diploma or equivalent certification is required. Familiarity with reading blueprints is advantageous but not mandatory. Candidates must be able to comprehend and follow both written and verbal instructions. Basic arithmetic skills, including addition and subtraction of decimals and fractions, are necessary, along with the ability to interpret simple drawings and specifications. Experience with measuring tools such as calipers and scales is also required.
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is necessary.
