HDPE Pipe Quality Control Technician

Krah USA LLC is seeking a skilled Quality Control Technician to join our team in ensuring the high-quality production of HDPE pipes. As a Quality Control Technician, you will be responsible for performing various quality control checks throughout the production process to guarantee our products meet the highest standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Inspect raw materials and semi-finished products for defects or irregularities.
• Conduct dimensional measurements and visual inspections of finished pipes to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Record and document all inspection findings, including photographs and video evidence when necessary.
• Collaborate with our manufacturing team to address any issues or concerns related to quality control.
• Develop and maintain accurate documentation of procedures, checklists, and other quality-related materials.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations and computer software applications (Microsoft Word, Excel).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Physical endurance to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Estimated Salary: $58,000 per year based on location and experience.
