Resident Care Director

At Sunrise Senior Living, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Resident Care Director - LVN to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the health and wellness of our residents, ensuring they receive the highest quality care and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic leadership for resident care, managing and directing the nursing team to promote health and wellness.
- Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other clinical providers to coordinate care and services for residents.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring residents receive the best possible care.
- Manage and oversee the medication management program, ensuring resident safety and compliance with regulations.
- Lead quality assurance and regulatory compliance initiatives, ensuring our community meets the highest standards.
- Recruit, hire, and train clinical team members, providing coaching and performance management to ensure success.
- Graduate of an accredited college or school of nursing with a current state license as a professional Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Minimum two (2) years LPN/LVN experience, with at least one (1) year experience in home health, assisted living, or long-term care environment.
- Minimum of one (1) year nursing management experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, scheduling, and daily operations supervision.
- Certified in CPR and First Aid.
