Nurse Practitioner

At Sunrise Senior Living, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team as a Resident Care Specialist. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of life for our residents.
Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments of residents' needs and develop personalized care plans to promote their overall well-being.
- Collaborate with the Resident Care Director to ensure seamless delivery of care services and effective communication with residents and their families.
- Monitor and document residents' health status, including vital signs and medication administration, to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Provide education and support to residents and their families on health-related topics and promote healthy lifestyle choices.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance resident care.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current state license as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Minimum of one year of experience in long-term care or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours, as needed.
