Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Services Representative to join our team at Allied Universal. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and their employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all-purpose cleaning and preservation of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
  • Empty and clean waste containers, ash trays, and sand urns
  • Dust and clean office furnishings, files, and fixtures
  • Wipe clean and buff metal hardware fixtures and added bright work
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including restocking supplies
  • Sweep and mop building floors
  • Remove stains from vertical surfaces, such as doors and door frames
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a janitorial type position
  • Ability to follow written and oral directions
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
