Job SummaryThe successful candidate will have a strong background in Medical Caregiving and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for assessing patients' conditions, developing and implementing care plans, and providing education to patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Assess patients' conditions and develop individualized care plans
- Provide skilled nursing services, including wound care, intravenous medication administration, and midlines/PICC lines dressing changes
- Document patient information and progress in a timely and accurate manner
- Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Provide education to patients and their families on disease management, medication, and other health-related topics
- Current Florida RN license or LPN license
- BLS Certification
- 6 months to 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home health care
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
