As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing personalized care to patients undergoing bone marrow transplants. Job Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' conditions during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
  • Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by medical providers, ensuring thorough and timely documentation of care administration in patients' medical records.
  • Administer prescribed medications, monitor patients for therapeutic response, and take appropriate action in the event of an unintended response to medication.
Requirements
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Registered Nurse degree (Associate, Bachelor's, or Diploma) and at least 1-2 years of experience in Bone Marrow Transplant or Oncology acute care hospital nursing.
  • Ability to cross-train from other experienced RN specialties.
