We are seeking a seasoned Nurse Manager of Bone Marrow Transplant to join our esteemed team at Methodist Hospital, a leading healthcare institution in San Antonio. About the Role:
- This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-functioning team in a fast-paced bone marrow transplant unit, providing oversight and guidance to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
- The ideal candidate will possess three years of clinical acute care RN experience, with at least one year in a leadership role, and be licensed to practice professional registered nursing in Texas.
- As a Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for staffing, managing patient care, promoting professional nursing practices, and acquiring resources needed to achieve outstanding outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN A HIGH-FUNCTIONING TEAM by providing leadership, direction, and support to staff members, ensuring peak performance and job satisfaction.
- MANAGE PERSONNEL through interviewing, work allocation, training, staff development, problem resolution, performance evaluations, and recommendations for personnel actions.
- PLAN, ORGANIZE, FACILITATE, AND DIRECT PATIENT CARE delivered on the unit, adhering to internal and external standards, such as TJC and OSHA regulations.

Estimated Salary Range:$120,000 - $150,000 per year
