  • Provide guidance on product-related questions and claims
  • Process orders, claims, and invoices efficiently
  • Act as a communication hub for the organization, managing customer inquiries
  • Support internal requests from team members

Essential Skills:

  • Strong analytical abilities to formulate recommendations
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Self-driven with a sense of urgency and accountability
  • Outstanding follow-up and organizational skills
  • Capability to prioritize tasks effectively to achieve company objectives

Educational Qualifications:

A High School diploma is required, along with a Bachelor's degree.
