This full-time position involves being a key holder and acting as the manager on duty when required. The Guest Care Specialist is dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience and plays a crucial role in promoting our automotive repair services and tire offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete the comprehensive training program to master the sales process.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Engage with customers to schedule appointments, build rapport, and understand their needs.
  • Communicate service processes and timelines effectively.
  • Assist in managing the service business through accurate estimates and invoicing.
  • Support various customer care tasks under management's guidance.
  • Maintain organization and productivity within the service area.
  • Ensure compliance with all cash handling and return policies.
  • Collaborate with management to address customer service issues and enhance business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
