Senior Healthcare Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Healthcare Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Olympic Sports & Spine in the Tacoma area. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting medical providers, such as physical therapists, occupational therapists, athletic trainers, and massage therapists. They will work closely with executive leaders and external candidates to fulfill staffing needs and promote the organization.

This role involves organizing recruitment events, developing recruitment materials, and ensuring a seamless hiring process that aligns with company goals. The specialist will contribute to the accomplishment of human resources practices and objectives that provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit medical providers through various channels, including online platforms and in-person events
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with executive leaders, external candidates, and current employees
  • Create and distribute recruitment materials, such as job postings and marketing collateral
  • Maintain accurate records and databases of recruitment efforts and progress
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare recruitment regulations, licensing, and credentialing requirements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare sector
  • Excellent computer and software skills, including Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Event planning and organizational experience, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage deadlines
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in medical provider recruitment, SHRM certification, and proficiency in graphic design and presentation software are preferred qualifications.

Salary and Benefits
