Position Overview:

  • Promote and maintain a comprehensive understanding of product offerings among staff.

  • Review and submit requests for additional tools and resources.

  • Provide daily performance reports and undertake additional responsibilities as directed by management.

Qualifications:

Preferred candidates will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in service and repair operations.
