Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrate organizational and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Sales and Referrals: Meet referral and sales goals by promoting and referring bank products and services to customers.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year of retail, office, bank, or other customer service experience preferred.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
